Order & Delivery

Return & Exchange

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. The item must be returned to us first for inspection, and once approved, the refund will be processed.

In the case of an exchange or return, the customer is responsible for paying one and a half shipping fees (1.5× the standard shipping fee).

If the item has a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item, the exchange or return will be free of charge, including shipping fees.

– Orders cannot be split into multiple shipments.
